As we grow, so does our need for good leaders. We’re very strategic and careful in opening new BRG offices. We want to make sure that every office has the support they need to be a success. With that in mind, we carefully consider locations that are congruent to currently operating offices. Then we hire a dynamite Broker who is part leader, part servant, part recruiter, and an all-around good person. It’s a big job with big rewards.
