Only a couple of years into real estate, Eric had dreams of starting a realty firm. However, he lacked the resources to turn his dream into a reality until he had a conversation with a longtime friend, Jeff Casterline, one of the owners of BRG. Eric thought about who he would like to join him on this journey and he made a call to Nick Jordan, a fellow Triad REALTOR. They decided to partner together to bring BRG to the Triad. “One of the reasons I wanted to start on my own was to create a real estate firm that was agent-friendly.” It was important to Eric that his firm not just take a percentage of the agents’ paychecks, but that he continually finds ways to reinvest that money in the agents. “We are agent and technology-driven. We bold in the splits we offer agents and the technology that we utilize. Our agents can rely on us to proved what they need so they can take care of their clients. We offer access to groundbreaking marketing. We don’t just focus on marketing the firm; our focus is on marketing the individual agent.” Licensed in 2017, Eric launched the firm BRG Triad with Nick Jordan in January of 2020. As they grow their office, Eric and Nick are looking for agents that bring more than high sales volume to the table. “It’s about discipline, integrity, and serving your community. Community means a lot. You have to serve the community if you’re going to do real estate right.”
